Monday Horse Racing Batting NAP of The Day – November 11th
I take a chance today with DEBUCHET. Yes, he is 0/11 over hurdles and his resolve can be questioned at times, but there is no doubt that he has that touch of class and an engine to go with that.
Second, in the 2017 Champion Bumper behind the ill fainted Fayonagh, DEBUCHET has not really gone on from that. Placed no fewer than five times over hurdles he now switches to fences. He starts off in a race that looks very winnable for a horse of his ability.
The current favourite Charlie Stout will love the ground, but he was beat no less than 21 lengths at Galway but was a winner before that, but I think he has a bit to find if my selection takes to fences first time out.
Brosna George could be a player at an around 16/1 if he doesn’t find the trip too short. But I really think that DEBUCHET will take some stopping today.
DEBUCHET is best price 5/2 with Paddy Power.

Today I like the chances of the Chris Gordon trained HAREFIELD. A faller 3 out of 5 over hurdles when trained by Alan King but got right back on track for his new trainer by staying on gamely over 2m 1f to cause a 25/1 upset.
Tried over 2m 5f for the first time today but should stay this trip no problem as when trained for Alan King he was about to challenge for the lead at the last over 2m 4f before tipping up. At the prices, I think he is way too big to ignore in what looks a very open hurdle race.
HAREFIELD is best prices 12/1 with Betfair.
